- Payment Information – payment mode (STC Pay, card, etc.) for secure processing
- Feedback & Ratings – optional comments or ratings shared after trips
- Support Requests – messages, attachments, or call logs shared with our support team
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device Information – model, operating system, app version, and device identifiers
- Location Data (Drivers) – real-time GPS location during rides for navigation and tracking
- Location Data (Users) – pickup and drop location coordinates for booking and delivery tracking
- Usage Data – app activity logs, timestamps, and interaction data
- Crash Reports & Analytics – collected via third-party SDKs like Google Firebase
- Create and manage your account
- Verify your identity through OTP or document checks
- Facilitate bookings, payments, and deliveries
- Track rides and ensure safety and service quality
