  • Mobile Number – used for registration, OTP verification, and communication
  • Profile Information (Drivers) – name, CNIC, driving license, vehicle registration, and profile photo
  • Booking Details (Users) – pickup and drop locations, goods description, load type, date/time, and payment preferences
  • Payment Information – payment mode (STC Pay, card, etc.) for secure processing
  • Feedback & Ratings – optional comments or ratings shared after trips
  • Support Requests – messages, attachments, or call logs shared with our support team

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Device Information – model, operating system, app version, and device identifiers
  • Location Data (Drivers) – real-time GPS location during rides for navigation and tracking
  • Location Data (Users) – pickup and drop location coordinates for booking and delivery tracking
  • Usage Data – app activity logs, timestamps, and interaction data
  • Crash Reports & Analytics – collected via third-party SDKs like Google Firebase
  • Create and manage your account
  • Verify your identity through OTP or document checks
  • Facilitate bookings, payments, and deliveries
  • Track rides and ensure safety and service quality
  • Communicate booking updates, invoices, and payment confirmations
  • Provide customer support and resolve disputes
  • Improve app functionality, user experience, and security
  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations

We do not sell or rent your personal data.
